Jack and his dad both got haircuts. (mine was by myself in a barbershop with crusty old guys, boxing photos and playboys...Jack was with his mommy at a place called "the Panda room") As you can see, I owe her one. Enjoy!

this is the lower floor, newly framed. from the window openings down will be within the concrete barge. this view is of our bedroom.

Week 3
first and second floor steel framing, primed, with wall framing, rough electrical and plumbing and warmboard radiant heating in on second floor. this is their first "dry fit" and it passed with 1/16" tolerances.
